Romeros Coffee & Mini donuts proudly serves freshly roasted, custom crafted coffee with a creative menu inspired by our Mexican culture. Hot mini donuts, made to order and topped just for you. Family owned and operated, Romeros Coffee and Mini Donuts started as a trailer in 2020 with a passion and determination to bring something unique and special to our hometown of Ennis, Texas. If you are having a hard time deciding on a coffee, we suggest starting with our Signature Menu. For the mini donuts, some of our favorites are Nutella and powder sugar or french toast. Saturday - Sunday | 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

*Eclipse weekend will have extended hours: April 5 - April 8 closing at 7:00 p.m.
